It all began immediately after the First World War in 1918.
People said: “Let’s go to Špurej’s restaurant”.
Špurej was the second owner who bought the house from Mr. Štanfl and based on the storytelling, Štanfl lost all traces.
In 1930, he bought the restaurant from Mr. Matevž Štern, for his son Anton Štern.
They were called: “Jozli” and they originated from Kopivnik.
Anton Štern’s wife gave birth to his firstborn daughter Ana on May 19, 1931.
From respect for the past and our heritage, we have a room named after Ana called: “SOBA ANE” (Ana’s Room). Ana was born in this room.
Today, Ana, married Plečko, is 87 years old and tells the story of tradition for you.
In 1998, the owners of the Framski hram were g. Darinka Pahler and Mr. Franc Mlasko, who turned the restaurant into a guest house, with a new building of rooms.
The tradition tells us that Framski hram is intended for various purposes of socializing; family weekend lunches, various celebrations with you dear people, business meetings, themed and seasonal menus that are culinary coloured. We will also be glad to see your stop by on a glass of wine while on a road trip.
